The Studio 8095 Residency is a full-day immersive experience designed to break down silos, improve cross-functional communication and align your team on strategic decisions.

Every detail is intentional - from the breakfast that starts the day, to the parallel workshops where your team practices real skills, to the optional fireside conversation that closes it.

Your team splits into two groups and rotates

This is where theory becomes practice. Your team divides into two groups—half at poker tables, half in improv exercises—then switches, with a 20 minute break in between. By the end, everyone has practiced both.

Real poker tables and equipment. No poker experience needed and zero gambling.

Improv exercises designed for business, not comedy.

  • No. We're not teaching you to play poker (zero-gambling) or do standup comedy - we're using these as teaching methods for strategic thinking and communication.

  • Dr. Brand's session accommodates your full team (30-100 people). The parallel workshops work best with 15-25 people per session, which is why your team splits and rotates.

  • We understand plans change. Here's how it works:

    Payment terms:

    • 50% deposit due upon booking

    • Remaining 50% due 4 weeks before the residency

    Cancellation refunds:

    • 8+ weeks before: Full deposit refunded minus £500 admin fee

    • 4-8 weeks before: No refund (deposit forfeited, balance not yet due)

    • 2-4 weeks before: 25% of total investment refunded
